Our first moment is the hallway. This situation is not new to all multi-family house residents: the stairwell is used by several parties as well as big and small people. In addition to all the prams, bicycles and tricycles, it is almost impossible to get by with one’s own device. And usually, you will not be able to find free space for it. Just last week, we showed you how our Metro Compact City Stroller easily "manoeuvres" obstacles in everyday life. Our marketing champion Robin and his little family have allowed us to film them in these exact situations to show you!  Below we show you some behind the scenes footage before releasing the videos over the next few weeks :).

This is how it went down with the Metro and the camera team through Hamburg, Germany. The filming locations were varied a full café, the typical narrow hallway in one of Hamburg's old buildings, the subway stairs, the car crammed with groceries and so many more.

The team had a lot of fun shooting: the Hamburg weather was excellent, the youngest set member as happy as a sandboy and the Metro was exactly as promised. And the parents? Mother of two, Chloe from Derbyshire has her hands full with a toddler, a new baby and two dogs. When you engage your TVA, you will feel a tensing of the broad, flat muscle deep down. If your stomach 'domes' or pushes outwards, if you’re holding your breath or anything is pushing away, then you’re working the outer abdominal muscles and TVA isn’t doing its thing.

The TVA is part of your core system of muscles, as are your pelvic floor muscles. When you draw TVA inwards, pelvic floor should also lift. Remember, to really work your pelvic floor muscles, it’s a deep lift up inside, not a little lateral squeeze at the front. Imagine drawing up the walls of your vagina and back passage as if you’re picking up a small grape and pulling it up inside you...a strange thought maybe, but it does work!!!

Mum of two boys, Siân, from South Wales embraced babywearing with her two boys Ollie, 3, and Fletcher, 18 months. Her family has enjoyed rural walks, festivals and holidays with their trusted Ergobaby carrier.

Where and when did you first get your Ergobaby carrier?
We had our first Ergobaby carrier which was the Ergobaby Original Galaxy Grey when Ollie was about 3 months old. We bought it from John Lewis. I had used a soft fabric wrap for the first three months as I didn’t realise I could use the Ergobaby from birth.
