We are often asked about our infant insert and whether or not parents need them for their baby. Here we attempt to answer some of those questions!
Will I need an infant insert?
Our Easy Snug infant inserts are designed so that you can carry your newborn baby both ergonomically and comfortably in a soothing, nest-like comfort close to you, for a cozy transition to the world from the womb.
If you are using an Ergobaby Original or Ergobaby All Position 360 Carrier, you will need an infant insert when wearing your baby between 3.2-5.5kgs / 7-12lbs or approx. newborn to 4 months old.

Summer is finally approaching, and if you’re anything like us, you’ll be counting down to that much-anticipated family break. Playing on the beach, or splashing around in the pool with the little ones, is the stuff of precious memories – but before you reach your sun-drenched destination, there’s the small matter of getting there.
Air travel can be a real challenge for parents of young children, with even the best-behaved ones prone to crying from tiredness, hunger, painful ears, or simply because their routine has been disrupted. Add to that the fact that we’re all-too-aware how disgruntled other passengers get when there’s a grizzly baby on board, and you could end up feeling frazzled before you’ve even taken off.
So, how do you ensure baby is as relaxed as possible for the flight? Peter Jenkins, from luxury travel specialist Sun-hat Villas and Resorts

Whilst we may think of exercise as a way to lose weight and get back in to shape, there are actually many other benefits to being active. Exercise is known to maintain and improve feelings of well-being as a result of chemical changes in our brains. The increased endorphins released as the body moves into exercise mode are proven to have positive effects on our mood and wellbeing. Coupled with the numerous other benefits of exercise like accelerated post-birth recovery, building strength, increasing energy levels and social interaction with other mums, the list is endless!
However, as many new parents know, sometimes just getting out of the front door can be likened to a military operation so some of the various daily activities that could be done without a thought pre-baby, are no

Whole Lotta Ergobaby Love
A Review by Vibes Life Us
We have been lovers of baby wearing since Emerson was 8 weeks old. If you live in London you know that owning a baby carrier is a necessity. As convenient as the tube is, unfortunately many of the stations are just not suitable for prams. You will also know that if you’re ever caught out at rush hour, then London commuters most definitely arnt buggy friendly. Space is a commodity on the underground, and prams use up lots of it. So strapping your baby to your person is the way forward, or backward depending on how you carry.
Whilst pregnant I spent a lot of time researching baby carriers. Those were the days!! The days when I had time to endlessly Google reviews, and compare products. These days I’m more about that “panic impulse, Amazon Prime life”, and HSBC love me for it. The

When shopping for a baby carrier, wearing baby in a front outward facing position is a feature that a lot of parents look for. Although some babies do not enjoy being carried facing outward, many love being able to watch the world around them, exploring new sights and sounds with the comfort of you close behind.
Unlike sitting facing the world in a stroller, wearing your baby front outward facing means she is held up higher where she can see over the fence at the farm for you to point out the animals or up at conversational height on a woodland walk, able to reach out and touch the leaves.
Before you embark on your world-facing adventure, you should know the signs that mean your child is ready, how to wear baby in an optimal, front outward facing position in our 360 or Omni 360 carrier and when baby needs to be turned back to a parent-facing position.
