Yes, the harness can be removed. To remove the harness from your Evolve bouncer, open slot at bottom of bouncer seat and remove velcro from both sides of the harness fabric. Once the velcro is unsecured, remove the harness from the slot and remove from bouncer. Do not remove harness while baby is in bouncer. Only use harness-free bouncer mode when baby meets size requirements for the toddler mode.
