Earlier this month we launched our hotly anticipated Evolve 3-in-1 High Chair.
Did you know that with an easy add-on, it can turn into a sturdy and sleek Kitchen Helper?
What is a Kitchen Helper or Learning Tower?
A kitchen helper or learning tower (they’re the same thing!) is a piece of furniture that your little one can stand on to bring them up to the height of your kitchen counter or table. It allows your toddler to get involved with cooking, baking, crafts and more; safely and comfortably.
From baby’s first foods to big kid sous chef, the Evolve 3-in-1 High Chair simplifies your life so you can enjoy the magic in the everyday moments.

Oh, we are so excited, Ergobaby is celebrating its birthday this year!
20 years ago, single mum Karin Frost designed and sewed a baby carrier in her home in Hawaii so that she could carry her baby close and comfortably to her body.
Who would have thought back then that over 20 years later, she would inspire millions of families worldwide with her idea and support them in their everyday parenting?
Karin Frost certainly didn't. With the birth of her Ergobaby Original baby carrier, she set a movement in motion that she would never have dreamed of.
Babywearing is no longer a niche thanks to Karin Frost. Today, so many mums, dads, grannies, granddads and caregivers are wearing baby carriers and we are extremely proud of

The female breast is probably the most beautiful and comforting place for a baby: it provides warmth, nourishment and security. They are also a symbol of femininity, have sexiness and can give you feelings of pleasure. Therefore, you should love and honour them and carry them proudly in front of you. You read that right: Your breasts are great and deserve to be loved, cherished and cared for. Why do we emphasise this so much? About one in eight women will develop breast cancer at some point in their lives, and to prevent it, good care, regular pat-downs/checks and a healthy lifestyle are essential.
Together with Pink Ribbon Belgium - a non-profit organisation that fights against breast cancer - we as partners want to continue to draw attention to the topic of breast cancer and especially the so important preventive care and thus contribute to reducing the number of women suffering from breast cancer.

Breast/chest feeding is known to be the best way to give your baby everything they need for healthy development and to build a strong immune system.
At the same time, it strengthens your parent-child bond and is a unique moment that only you can experience together. Magical!
What are the benefits of a Nursing Pillow?
A nursing pillow can help you to ensure that breast/chest feeding works optimally, especially at the beginning of your breast/chest feeding relationship. It supports you in positioning your baby optimally on the breast/chest, making it as comfortable as possible for both of you.
During the first few weeks of your child's life, your daily routine may look something like this:

The new year has begun and naturally you may be thinking about what you want to achieve this year in terms of resolutions. Many of us have two main goals on our list: exercise, and healthy food choices.
Being physically active can support you in reducing the natural weight gained during pregnancy, develop brain health, reduce risk of disease, improve bone, and muscle quality and enhance your ability to do everyday activities. This is important as your little one begins to grow, becoming heavier and stronger, you will need the strength and energy to keep up with them.
Finding time to exercise can be challenging especially at the start of your parenting journey. When you are feeling tired, being active may seem like the last thing you want to do. Regular activity can relax you, keep you fit and help you feel more energetic. It can also help your body recover

Hohoho, it's finally here again - the most magical time of the year. However, it can be a busy time too! Between the hustle and bustle between shopping, going to the Christmas markets, holidays with the family accompanied by the colourful sea of lights of the Christmas decorations can quickly be too much for babies and small children. There is a lot to process, which can affect little one’s sleep. And if there is not enough time to rest because of the many activities during the day, there is no other way for the children to process the many impressions and stimuli in the evening or at night. With toddlers, this can manifest itself in hyperactivity or tantrums, and with the very youngest, not infrequently in an evening screaming concert. To prevent this, we would like to give you our baby sleep guide - the Christmas edition:

With the holiday season around the corner, we asked Sarah Patel, a certified baby and toddler sleep consultant and founder of Teach To Sleep, to provide us with some tips on how we can support our little one’s sleep during the festive period.
Bedtimes and Nap Routines
All babies and children thrive on routine and consistency so if you can, stick to your usual nap and bedtime routines. It doesn’t have to be the exact routine, for example if your little one usually has a bath as part of their bedtime routine and you are visiting family who don’t have a bath or you arrive too late to do the bath, this isn’t going to impact sleep.
By doing a small part of your bedtime routine your little one will still understand that bedtime is coming. This might be as simple as,
