If you are not satisfied with your Aerloom Baby Carrier or for whatever reason you don't think it's the right baby carrier for you, you can simply contact us by email at customersupport@ergobaby.co.uk, and we will proceed to the return of the product(s), free of charge and we will refund the full amount. There are no hidden costs.
Of course, we advise everyone to give themselves time to try out your new carrier, we recommend at least 3-4 weeks, before returning it to us as that should give you a chance to really get a feel for how the Aerloom will fit to your life.
As for the conditions, they are relatively simple The 100 days starts on the day of delivery. In the case of a multiple Aerloom purchases, the last item received is applicable to the trial period for all the items ordered. We ask that you return the Aerloom Baby Carrier in its original box and return the Aerloom Baby Carrier in functionable condition and without damage. And of course, the 100-day trial period is only applicable to Ergobaby Aerloom Carriers purchased on official Ergobaby website - www.ergobaby.co.uk. That's it! And of course, if/when you choose to keep your Aerloom, it is then covered by our ErgoPromise Lifetime Guarantee.
